Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
Responsible for deep cleaning guest rooms, hallways, and service areas according to established standards and procedures.
Reports any safety issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper.
Follows established protocol when entering and cleaning guest rooms.
Reports room status on Room Attendant sheets.
Restocks Housekeeping Deep Cleaner cart with guest supplies and cleaning solutions.
Reports damage, improvement, or repair issues in the guest rooms or hotel area to the appropriate Housekeeping Supervisor or Executive Housekeeper.
Responds to reasonable guest requests or places guest in contact with the appropriate person for assistance.
High School Diploma or equivalent and six (6) months of previous cleaning experience preferred.
must be able to speak and understand English.
Must have good customer service skills.
Must have strong time management skills and the ability to maintain an acceptable pace and quality of work.
Ability to learn predefined protocols for carrying out cleaning tasks.
Ability to evaluate the quality of guest area cleanliness.
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.
