Maintenance Technician - 3rd ShiftWe are hiring a Maintenance Technician for our printing plant team in Eagan, Minnesota. You will be responsible for installing, diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance to production machinery on our Core Print Solutions team. For this role, you would also be eligible for a $2,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days.Hours of Work – Eagan, Minnesota3rd Shift - 10:30p - 6:30aAbout the RoleIn this opportunity as a Maintenance Technician - 3rd shift, you will:Reconcile work assignments at end of the shift.Perform lubrication procedures and electro-mechanical inspections for preventative maintenance.Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, and replace auxiliary components such as motors, gearboxes, servos, electrical switches/sensors, and mechanical drives.May operate various machine shop equipment and material handling equipment.Relationships: Internal / ExternalWorks and collaborates across department teams and shifts and with the staff of internal departments.About YouYou're a fit for the role of Maintenance Technician - 2nd shift if your background includes:2-year technical college or equivalent experienceExperience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment strongly preferredComputer literate.Competent with volt/ohmmeter, dial indicator, micrometer, lathe, milling machine, hand tools, hoists, jacks, and test equipment.Ability to weld, braze, and solder.Competent with a basic diagnosis of electrical components such as switches, sensors, detectors, and motors.Compensation: 2nd shift differential of $4.00 per hour, 3rd shift differential of $5.00 per hour, and a bonus plan.Flex My Way is a set of supportive workplace policies designed to help manage personal and professional responsibilities, whether caring for family, giving back to the community, or finding time to refresh and reset.
