Answers the telephone in a professional and polite manner, communicating information to appropriate personnel. Obtains and enters EMR demographic and medical records/tests/scans/results necessary for the first office visit. Collaborates with navigators, schedulers, physicians, and office staff. Ensures verification of benefits has been obtained and clearly documented in EMR.
Professional, oral, and written communication skills in English [Required]

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) [Preferred]
Field of Study: Work Experience: Medical terminology experience [Preferred]
Previous medical office background [Preferred]
