Start Date: 10/19/2026 (upon credentialing, estimated 3-4 months)

Shift: 3 days/week, 8 hours/day (08:00 – 17:00), 1-2 evening shifts/week
Hours/week: Approximately 24 hours (part-time options available)
Employment Type: Contract (W-2)
Licenses/Certifications: Active CA medical license required; BLS, ACLS, DEA; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family/Internal Medicine
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Language Skills: Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred

Pay Rate: $171.60/hour

What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive primary care services to diverse patient populations
Perform patient assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans
Conduct chronic disease management and preventive health services
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
Document patient encounters accurately in Epic EMR system
Educate patients and families on health maintenance and management strategies
Support and participate in clinic quality improvement initiatives
What You Need
CA medical license and DEA registration
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Family or Internal Medicine
Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinic environment
Strong communication skills and cultural competence (Spanish preferred)
Ability to maintain a clean malpractice history and adhere to compliance standards
