Position: Full-time Office Assistant/Receptionist
Description: A fast-paced and fun property management company is looking for an office assistant/receptionist. The right candidate must be computer savvy, enjoy working with people, be able to multi-task effectively, and be a good communicator. We are looking to fill this position quickly! Compensation starts at $10 an hour with growth opportunities!
Required Experience:
Verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Prior office experience preferred
Professional personal presentation
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Proactive problem solving
Initiative

Social networking experience
Experience with Gmail and other Google Apps a plus!
