Master Service Plumber
Restoration Recruiters
A well-established and expanding/growing home services company is seeking a skilled, motivated Master Plumber to join our residential service team. Key Responsibilities
Perform residential service calls, diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues efficiently
Repair, replace, and install plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances
Present clear, upfront pricing and communicate solutions to customers
Maintain accurate service records, including parts usage and invoicing
Ensure service vehicle and tools are clean, organized, and fully stocked
Participate in regular team meetings and ongoing training
Educate customers on available service plans and maintenance options
Follow all safety standards and maintain a professional appearance
Support operational processes including inventory, dispatch, and documentation
Qualifications
5+ years of residential plumbing service experience
Valid Ohio Master Plumber License
Strong understanding of plumbing codes and blueprint reading
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills
