Located in the beautiful Palm Desert area, Willow Springs proudly cares for both short-term rehabilitation and long-term residents. We're growing, investing in our team, and excited to welcome CNAs who are passionate about quality care and teamwork. Base Pay: $23.00 $25.00 per hour
~ Sign-On Bonus: Paid out over time
~ Shift Differentials:

• + $1.15 PM Shift
• + $1.50 NOC Shift
• + $2.00 Weekend Incentive

CNA Job Duties
Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care
Document care provided in a timely and professional manner
Support and follow care plans established by the nursing team
Respond promptly to resident needs and requests
Work collaboratively with nurses and fellow team members to ensure excellent resident care
Current CNA certification in the state of California
