Locum OB/GYN Physician in Petersburg, VA

You will have the chance to work with a supportive staff, including OBHG hospitalists, surgical assistants, and skilled nursing teams, ensuring the best outcomes for every patient.

Provide comprehensive OB/GYN services, including C-sections, vaginal deliveries, and management of ectopic pregnancies.

Manage patient care during call and clinic hours, with a call ratio of 1 to 4.

Participate in deliveries and rounding for unattended patients in collaboration with Laborist care.

Participate in clinic duties, typically 8:30 AM to 3 PM, with an hour lunch break.

Document patient interactions using the EPIC EMR system.

Maintain necessary procedure logs documenting at least 50 deliveries and a minimum of 15 C-sections in the last year.

Engage with support staff efficiently to ensure streamlined patient care.

Board Certified in OB/GYN

Active Virginia medical license, DEA, and CSR

Experience preferred in a hospital setting with familiarity in managing high-risk obstetrics

Active Virginia Medical License
