Position Summary

As a meat cutter and wrapper, you will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and wrapping meats, ensuring product quality, keeping the work area clean, and providing excellent customer service.

Demonstrate knowledge of meat safety, sanitation, inventory management, and equipment operation while cutting, grinding, wrapping, and trimming meat products.

Maintain operational excellence by meeting company policies, quality and date‑control standards, and waste‑reduction practices.

Advocate for the department by providing high‑quality service, exhibiting energy and passion, and modeling best practices.
