The Project Manager, PMO supports the PMO roadmap by planning, organizing, and delivering cross-functional IT projects that enable business outcomes. This role builds and maintains project plans, manages risks, issues, actions, and decisions (RAID), coordinates resources and vendors, and ensures delivery aligns with scope, milestones, budget, and quality expectations. The Project Manager communicates status and risks, facilitates working sessions to drive decisions, translates business needs into actionable requirements, and supports testing, communication, training, and adoption activities.
Demonstrate leadership presence, accountability, ownership, and delivery discipline for assigned projects.
Build working relationships with stakeholders and project team members; Plan and facilitate project working sessions (requirements, design, status, risk/issue, and readiness) to drive clarity and decisions.
Coordinate across teams to manage handoffs and dependencies, helping to resolve blockers.
Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, milestones, resources, budget, communications, and adoption tasks.
Manage scope, timeline, budget inputs, and quality expectations for assigned initiatives.

A solid background in IT and project management.
Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio (or other process diagramming tools), Teams/SharePoint, and Project Management tools (Microsoft or others).

PMP certification is preferred.
