The On-Call Bartender is responsible for creating memorable guest experiences through expert beverage preparation and exceptional service. As part of the Restaurant, Bar & Lounge team, this role delivers a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests while maintaining Four Seasons service standards. Reporting to the Restaurant or Bar Manager, the Bartender combines product knowledge, hospitality, and attention to detail to ensure every guest interaction is personalized and memorable.
Prepare and serve cocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
Engage with guests, take beverage orders, and provide knowledgeable recommendations based on preferences and menu offerings.
Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs, resolving concerns, and creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Accurately enter orders, process payments, and manage guest checks using the point-of-sale system.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including beverage stations, glassware, and workspaces.
Assist with inventory management, stocking supplies, and preparing garnishes and bar ingredients.
Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining and beverage experience for guests.
Minimum of two years of bartending or related hospitality experience.
Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and beverage preparation techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for guest service.
Ability to accurately handle cash and credit card transactions.
Ability to obtain required food handling and alcohol service certifications in accordance with local regulations.
