Packer/Packaging Position

As a Parcel Packer, you will be responsible for accurately boxing and packaging customer orders that do not meet the LTL criteria. Team members are expected to cross-train in other warehouse functions, including parcel picking, as part of Ubique Group's culture of "We Move to the Work," supporting skill development and operational efficiency.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm
Additional overtime, early arrivals, or extended hours may be required based on business needs.
Pick items to accurately fulfill customer orders
Build and assemble boxes or other packaging materials to ensure safe shipment
Apply shipping labels to completed orders and stage for shipment
Follow all company policies and safety procedures
Ability to read and interpret customer orders and safety procedures
Must be willing to train and become certified on warehouse equipment within the first 90 days
Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds, and up to 100 pounds with team assistance
Prolonged periods of standing and walking on concrete
Comfortable working in various environmental conditions, including hot and cold temperatures
