Compensation
The hourly rate will be $15-$28 per hour and will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply when criteria are met.

Job Overview
General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on customer wants and needs. They also maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays and keep them organized throughout the day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required.
