Job Summary
Join our team in Durham, North Carolina, a vibrant city known for its rich history, diverse culture, and thriving research and technology sectors. We are seeking a dedicated warehouse employee responsible for fulfilling orders by arranging inventory in shipping containers and preparing them for shipment. This full-time position requires adherence to standard operating procedures, quality standards, ESD handling procedures, and safety requirements.
Responsibilities

Label, scan, and inspect products to ensure they are not damaged.
Accurately label, scan, and prepare electronic products for shipment.
Visually inspect products and electronic assemblies for damage or quality defects.
Review and inspect shipping containers and packaging materials to meet company and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, including delivery notes, invoices, and internal shipping documentation.
Complete packing and shipment forms with correct and up-to-date shipping information.
Follow all company SOPs, quality standards, ESD handling procedures, and safety requirements.
Ensure shipping labels are entered and matched correctly within internal and external carrier systems.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing area, including cleaning reusable containers and supplies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Prior experience in packing, shipping, warehouse, or electronics manufacturing is preferred.
Ability to follow written instructions, standard operating procedures, and documentation guidelines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic computer, scanning, and labeling software skills.
Ability to stand, lift, and move materials as required (in accordance with safety standards).
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in packing.

This position is for the 2nd shift.
