About the Role: Picklr Bozeman is looking for enthusiastic and skilled Pickleball Instructors (part-time or full-time) to join our growing team in beautiful Bozeman, MT! This is your chance to share your passion for one of the fastest-growing sports in the country while helping players of all ages and skill levels learn and elevate their game. We are looking for both experienced Pros as well as those who can play pickleball (at a intermediate/advanced level) and what to start teaching the sport to others. Training provided, as Picklr's proprietary P4 training program has been developed by PPA Professional trainers, and is designed for those just learning the sport to those with designs on going pro.

Demonstrate proper techniques including serving, dinking, volleying, and court positioning

Assist with organizing recreational play, tournaments, and community events

Maintain courts and equipment to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience

Prior experience coaching, instructing, or teaching sports is preferred but not required

Patient, motivating, and adaptable teaching style

About Us: Picklr Bozeman is Bozeman's dedicated home for all things pickleball, proudly serving the vibrant and active Montana community. WE have 13 courts with sound baffling, a full gym, locker rooms & showers, a pro shop, and plenty of lounge areas for parties and private events. We're passionate about growing the sport and creating a welcoming space where players of every level can connect, compete, and celebrate. Our team loves what they do, and we're committed to building a fun, supportive culture both on and off the court.
