Associate Business Law Attorney

Bremer Whyte Brown & O'Meara, LLP is seeking a versatile Business Transactions Associate to join our award-winning team in our newest office in South Orange County. this is a ground-floor opportunity to help build and shape our tenth office while being supported by the resources of an established, 225+ attorney firm, proudly recognized for our sixth consecutive year in the U.News – Best Lawyers® 'Best Law Firms' rankings.

As an integral member of our Business Team, you will represent clients in a variety of corporate transactional matters, including forming and maintaining entities, drafting employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, asset purchase agreements, equity transfer agreements, and more. You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, businesses, and organizations. This role offers an excellent platform for professional growth, as you will collaborate closely with experienced partners and team members.

Minimum 2+ years of experience handling corporate transactional matters, preferably in a law firm environment

Proficient in drafting corporate formation documents, employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, asset purchase agreements, and equity transfer agreements

degree from an accredited law school

The expected base salary range is $150,000-$250,000, however actual compensation will be determined based on experience (this does not include bonus plan).
