Level 1 Help Desk Technical Support

We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Help Desk Technician to provide exceptional technical support and ensure a positive end-user experience. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and committed to delivering consistent, high-quality service. Success in this role requires strong troubleshooting skills, effective communication, ownership of issues from resolution through follow-up, thorough documentation, and a proactive approach to supporting users. This role is 100% on site in our Windsor, CT office.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to reliability through consistent attendance, punctuality, and readiness to support users during scheduled work hours.
Provide support for company issued hardware, work related software, Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 apps such as Outlook, and peripherals.
Perform onboarding/offboarding, account administration in Active Directory, License management in Microsoft 365 Admin Center, and asset management.
Provide on-site support and remote support using ConnectWise ScreenConnect.
Identify recurring issues and contribute to documentation and process improvements

Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps such as Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Onboarding / Offboarding User Accounts and Equipment
Strong customer service skills.
CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals or MD-102 Equivalent.
iOS troubleshooting.

JAMF MDM.

Basic networking fundamentals.
