Responsibilities:

Create a healthy culture, build structure, and execute systems across the restaurant

Attract, retain and develop the team

Operate at a high level of customer satisfaction

Enhance guest experience to grow the business and brand

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Manage financial expenses including labor, food cost, and other controllables

Required:

3+ years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or service operations

Proven experience leading and developing teams

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout a shift

Preferred:

Previous Chick-fil-A leadership experience

Experience managing financial performance and labor

Experience leading multiple department managers or directors

Bachelor's degree or equivalent leadership experience
