We are looking for a Home Health Aide to join our team in the Camden County area! You will directly work with patients, following a one-on-one care plan in patient homes. You operate with a big heart, not only providing personalized and attentive care but also building genuine relationships with those you serve. Prior Home Health or Hospice experience is a plus.

Care for patients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care
Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor
Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert
Graduated from an accredited Home Health Aid program
High School Diploma or GED
Compensation: $20.00 - $20.00 per hour
