The Company is seeking a Dean for its College of Allied Health Sciences. The successful candidate will serve as the chief executive of the College, leading the development and support of educational, research, and clinical programs in alignment with the College's mission. This includes fostering faculty practice engagement, implementing policies, and overseeing all support services. The Dean will also be responsible for strategic goal establishment, budgetary authority, and the recruitment of faculty, students, and staff. A key aspect of the role is to be a strong advocate for the College, representing it effectively in a complex health sciences and comprehensive university environment. Applicants for the Dean position must have a distinguished record in academic leadership, research, service, and teaching, with an earned doctoral or terminal degree in a related discipline. The ideal candidate will have relevant academic administrative experience and a scholarly achievement record that meets the criteria for a tenured Professor. This typically requires a senior-level faculty record, including at least ten years in a related field, with a minimum of five years at the Associate Professor level. The Dean will be expected to coordinate the College's departments to ensure the advancement of research, patient care, and academic programs, and to address the needs of students, faculty, and staff. The role demands a visionary leader who can effectively manage the College's resources and is committed to its mission and values.
