RN Surgery- Day Shift

PACU Registered Nurse (RN) - Day ShiftWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled PACU Registered Nurse (RN) for a day shift position. This role involves working in pre-op, post-op, and the PACU, offering care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will be a first-time traveler with experience in all phases of care.ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive nursing care in the preoperative and postoperative phases.Administer medications and manage patient recovery in the PACU.Monitor vital signs and respond to patient needs, ensuring optimal recovery.Maintain effective communication with surgical teams and patients' families.Assess patient progress and prepare discharge instructions for families.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 2 years of nursing experience with prior charge experience required.Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.Experience with Epic charting system is required.Ability to float between pre-op, post-op, and PACU as needed.ScheduleThis position offers a stable schedule of 5x8 hour shifts from 07:00 AM to 03:00 PM, with no weekends or on-call requirements.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
