CNC Set Up Technician
We are seeking skilled CNC Set Up Technicians who excel in performing changeovers, loading machines, monitoring multiple machines simultaneously, and producing high-quality parts.
Responsibilities
Perform changeovers and load CNC machines efficiently.
Monitor 3-4 machines at a time to ensure smooth operation.
Produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
Design and machine parts using manual, lathe, or CNC equipment.
Program machines directly using G&M code.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in CNC lathe and machining.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Experience with mill operations and custom work with 1-3 part orders.
Strong programming skills at the machine using G&M code.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
~ Familiarity with CNC machine operations.
