This role is responsible for all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, design, code and unit test, and hardware/software integration and verification. The individual will develop embedded software in C++ and Linux operating system in an Agile environment using JIRA, Git and Confluence. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Maintain and evolve simulation software libraries that model tactical components and operational environments.Define, design, code, test, integrate, and verify embedded simulation software using JIRA, Git, and Confluence.Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team, providing technical coaching, career development, and performance feedback.Plan, conduct, and coordinate software development activities while ensuring adherence to standards, processes, and tools.Lead recruitment, training, salary planning, and competency development; You will apply your expertise to shape cutting-edge simulation capabilities that safeguard the warfighter, support space exploration, and advance sustainable technologies-all while growing your career with a world-class aerospace organization.
