Must be 18 years or older

Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor industrial environments with exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, and other varying conditions while using required personal protective equipment (PPE) Willing and able to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and alternate shifts as needed with advance notice.

Possess basic computer proficiency.

Ability to learn and safely operate forklifts, packaging equipment, and computerized inventory systems.

Experience working safely and efficiently in industrial or manufacturing environments
