Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) $70 K-85K/yr

Starting Salary range: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create and implement treatment plans, and complete necessary documentation.
Provide excellent client care and collaborate with the team to fill gaps in the community.
Utilize interventions creatively to help clients achieve goals.
Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week for Full-Time status.
Coordinate services with other providers and attend clinical meetings and trainings.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields.
Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
Experience with electronic health records and strong communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and creatively, and pass a background check.
Comfort working with diverse client concerns and demonstrating appropriate boundaries.
Additional Qualifications:
Experience in mental health practice, insurance network credentialing, multilingual proficiency, or specialty practice areas.
