Right At Home Caregiver Position

Right at Home provides non-medical home care in client's homes. This may include bathing them, helping them dress, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship (taking walks together, playing games, gardening). We also may drive clients to a doctor's appointment, do errands for them, and do some light housekeeping.

But if you're new to the business, we'll work with you to get you registered and provide you the training you need to be successful in your role.

In fact, our owner is directly involved with our clients and brings you to the families you serve by providing a case overview and a warm hand-off at the client's home on your first day serving them.

Right at Home is an international company with offices across the US and nine other countries. We're open to anyone who has been a caregiver, CNA, HCA, medical assistant, social worker, home care aide, companion, personal care assistant, home health aide.

Right at Home is a home care organization (HCO) and is registered with the State of California. We do not require a current home care aide registration to apply. If you are not registered, we will provide the necessary training and will process your registration, a state requirement for anyone who works for a home care company in California.

Compensation: $17.75 - $21.00 per hour

This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee.
