Develop and deliver integrated concepts across digital, social, video, print, and experiential platforms, translating strategy into brand‑aligned creative for diverse audiences.
Champion brand and accessibility standards: Ensure deliverables follow brand guidelines, accessibility requirements, and regulatory standards while promoting inclusive design across all formats.
Evolve design systems, platforms, technologies and tools to improve consistency, streamline workflows, and create space for high‑value creative thinking.
Stay current on trends and audience behaviors, mentor talent, and contribute to a culture of creative excellence through thoughtful reviews and shared insights.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree
10+ years of experience as an Art Director for both digital and traditional channels
6+ years in a traditional agency setting leading concepting, pitches, and creative development from initial strategy through final execution
Eligible to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Technologies Adobe Creative Suite
