Head of Products - Remote

We’re hiring a Product Manager to lead AI-powered experiences across our core app. In this role, you’ll shape the next-generation AI consumer experience that helps millions of Chime members understand their money, make smarter decisions, and ultimately, achieve financial progress.

You’ll operate at the intersection of product, data, and design, translating rapidly evolving AI capabilities into real, user-facing value.

This is a highly cross-functional role where you’ll partner closely with engineering, data science, design, and research to bring new experiences to life—from early concept through launch and iteration. You’ll be responsible for defining what great looks like: balancing innovation with trust, ensuring transparency in how AI behaves, and building experiences that members can rely on.

Success means proving product-market fit, then evolving beyond a standalone surface into something native to every part of the Chime experience - AI that feels integrated, ambient, and always working.

Partner closely with engineering, data science, design, and research to ship end-to-end experiences

Continuously improve product quality through iteration, insights, and member feedback

5+ years of experience building and shipping consumer-facing product experiences within mobile or web apps, taking ideas from 0 to 1

Hands‑on experience working with AI/ML-powered products or features (e.g., Strong product sense with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into intuitive user experiences

Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data, and design teams
