We are looking for surgeons across sports medicine, total joint replacement, spine, hand & wrist, shoulder, hip, knee, elbow, foot & ankle, and even pediatrics, or General Orthopedics.

Shaping clinical protocols with a team that’s data‑obsessed and outcomes‑driven, where cost reduction is a priority.

Research and product development opportunities for surgeons who want to push the field forward.

Team physician roles with professional sports teams and local institutions.

Practice‑building - referrals, relationships, community presence - for those who want ownership over their growth.

You’re BC/BE in orthopedics (generalist or subspecialist - we want both). You care about efficiency, outcomes data, and sustainable unit economics - not because someone told you to, but because you understand that accessible care only works if the model works.
