As a Permanent Chief Revenue Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all revenue-generating processes in a highly dynamic, fast-paced construction environment. Oversee the company's civil and infrastructure construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Utilize Netsuite or equivalent software to track and analyze revenue data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Navigate and negotiate complex deals, demonstrating a deep understanding of contract law and risk management.
Monitor performance and report on metrics, including sales and revenue projections.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
Proficiency in Netsuite or equivalent software.
