CNA -NURSING CARE

As a Certified Nurse Aide at The Villa at Texarkana, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide personal care and support to residents, including incontinence care and mobility assistance
Promote resident dignity and independence while maintaining a safe and clean environment
Document resident care and progress in accordance with our established protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
Certified Nurse Aide will also be responsible for reporting concerns and observations to the nursing team and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents
