Cook - SECOND SHIFT

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, standards, and portion guidelines
Ensure food is prepared efficiently, accurately, and presented in an appealing manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, workstations, and equipment
Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures at all times
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to support smooth operations
Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food products properly
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members to support timely service
Adapt to changing priorities and maintain composure during busy service periods
Qualifications

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred
Basic knowledge of food preparation methods, kitchen equipment, and safety practices
Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and established standards consistently
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent teamwork, communication, and time management skills
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
