We are a mission-driven Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic located in Decatur, Illinois, with services also provided in Clinton, Illinois, dedicated to improving mental health and substance use care to individuals in a multi-county area. The Psychologist will enhance Heritage's screening, assessment, diagnosis, and risk assessment services, providing psychological and neuropsychological evaluations across the lifespan and supporting clinical teams with diagnostic clarity for complex presentations.

Assessment: Conduct psychological and neuropsychological evaluations as performed by a licensed clinical psychologist.
- Complete psychological examinations for youth requiring evaluation prior to residential placement.
- Risk Assessment: Perform risk assessments to support safe, appropriate levels of care and treatment planning.
- Synthesize clinical interview, testing, and collateral data into clear diagnostic impressions and recommendations.
- Strong clinical judgment in differential diagnosis across a range of psychiatric and developmental presentations
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited program
- Active, unrestricted license as a Clinical Psychologist in the State of Illinois
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across a range of clinical presentations preferred
