Entry-level Structural Engineer, Denver, CO
Job Summary: Our office in Lakewood, CO is looking for an Entry-level Structural Engineer to design and manage industrial and commercial building projects, and to grow our existing dynamic team. We specialize in the design of industrial buildings and structures, commercial buildings including schools, healthcare, police and fire stations, office buildings, worship spaces, industrial facilities, petrochemical control buildings, luxury resorts, and more. Our design professionals support projects all over the US and integrate with multi-discipline engineering teams on a wide array of projects. Full life-cycle project design from kick-off to construction document production and construction oversight
Join and lead project teams in our Building Design and Non-building structures studios
Responsible for producing engineering documents such as reports, calculations, and drawings that are complete and technically accurate
Responsible for assisting clients regarding technical design issues, coordination of document preparation, and submittals
Utilize design software such as RISA, Enercalc, RAM, Bluebeam, and REVIT to produce construction drawings
ABET accredited bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering

• 0 to 3 years of experience in consulting structural engineering with industrial and commercial building focus
• Experience in projects of similar breadth and depth of structural engineering services offered by Salas O'Brien
• Experience in the design of concrete, masonry, steel, timber and foundations is required.

Travel : Up to 10%
