Located inside the historic Joseph Smith Memorial Building on Temple Square, The Roof Restaurant offers unforgettable dining and event experiences in one of the most beautiful venues in Utah.
Part-time | 2030 hours/week | 35 shifts
Opportunity to earn $18$25/hr including tips depending on shifts and performance
Work in one of Utah's most recognized upscale restaurants
Opportunity to collaborate with experienced hospitality professionals
Reset tables to restaurant standards including proper placement of linens, silverware, and glassware
Assist servers by refilling water glasses and providing guest support when needed
Support servers and runners during high-volume service periods
Assist with private events, large parties, and busy service shifts
Contribute to a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and guest-focused service
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
May be required to work outside of regular business hours, including weekends, early mornings, and holidays, to accommodate business needs
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check, as well as abide by all company policies
7.00/hr + Tips (Top bussers can earn $18-$25/hr depending on shift availability, guest volumes, and individual performance) This range is inclusive of multiple job levels. Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to evaluation of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant along with internal equity and alignment with market data.
