Registered Nurse – Intermediate Care / Progressive Care (IMC/PCU/Stepdown)
Rockford, IL | Acute Care
Contract | Days | Onsite
Provide intermediate and progressive care nursing to patients in an IMC/PCU/Stepdown setting
Monitor and manage patients with cardiac conditions and those recovering from cardiovascular surgery
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Cardiac and post cardiovascular surgical nursing experience required
Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Prior experience in an IMC, PCU, or Stepdown unit
Opportunity to work in a specialized cardiac and cardiovascular care environment with a dynamic clinical team
Gain valuable contract experience in a high-acuity progressive care setting
