The Cybersecurity Awareness Program Manager role is within Caterpillar's Cybersecurity organization in Global Information Technologies.

Partner with Cybersecurity Human Risk Management Manager to develop a world class enterprise cybersecurity awareness program.

Identify behavioral risks and develop a plan to provide a resolution.

Work with teams to measure and track projects, as well as progress toward overall objectives.

Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to team members to improve project deliverables, meet their objectives, and develop their skills and knowledge.

Build relationships and collaboration between the team and internal stakeholders and customers.

Bachelor's degree within a relative field or equivalent experience

Comfortable presenting in person and remotely to large groups and multiple levels of leadership

Experience building security awareness programs

Project Management experience (Agile preferably)

Experience with PowerBI, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Suite, Vyond
