Leads, mentors, and role models for other health care team members; supervises directly RN/Clinical Nurses NAC, RN/Flex Staff Nurses NAC, Licensed Practical Nurses NAC, and Patient Care Assistants. develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans; Initiates and implements new knowledge of nursing practice changes that are evidence based. Participates in and assists staff members with completing ongoing unit-based competencies. Holds self and others accountable for adherence to conduct standards, policies, and procedures.
