Head of Service Management

CAPE Pest Control is hiring a Service Manager to lead and scale our field operations. This role is responsible for managing technicians, driving service quality, and ensuring operational efficiency across routes.

Lead, coach, and manage Service Technicians to hit performance goals

Ensure service quality, customer satisfaction, and retention

Monitor KPIs: revenue per hour, route density, callbacks, cancellations

Train team on sales, service protocols, and upselling opportunities

Conduct ride-alongs, performance reviews, and ongoing coaching

Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure 5-star service delivery

Work inside FieldRoutes CRM to track performance and optimize operations

High customer retention and 5-star reviews

Improved route efficiency and revenue per hour

Low callbacks and high first-time service success

Performance bonuses tied to team production + KPIs

2+ years of leadership or management experience (service industry preferred)

• Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability skills
• Experience managing teams, schedules, and performance metrics
• Comfortable using CRM systems ( FieldRoutes preferred )
