This position is responsible for the custodial maintenance of campus buildings and facilities. Some overtime and weekend work may be required.

washes windows, walls, glass doors, stairs, elevators, and classroom equipment and any tile or carpeted surface; Washes all dirty or soiled cleaning towels and mops.
wipes down upholstery to ensure cleanliness.
Reports damaged structures and equipment; Required Documents to Attach
~ Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and tools used in custodial services.
Ability to exercise care in exposure to chemical, mechanical, or electrical hazards.
Ability to work in an office or stockroom, in a variety of college buildings, and outdoors, occasionally in cold or inclement weather.
The employee may be exposed to noise, dirt, dust, grease, machinery with moving parts, contagious or infectious disease, or irritant chemicals.
