Warehouse Operator - 2nd Shift

Pay: $28.30 per hour plus Shift Differential: $1.00 per hour

Shift and Working Hours: 2nd Shift; Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed.

In this role, you'll be a key member of our Land O'Lakes, Inc. warehousing team, performing front-line processes that ensure successful delivery of final products. You'll gain skills and experience in warehouse operations including coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries, packing/loading final products using a forklift, assisting with cycle counts, and organizing areas of the warehouse. You'll operate daily on a forklift and use other plant machinery and equipment as needed. This role is part of our Purina Animal Nutrition business who serves producers and animal owners throughout the United States. We innovate the nutrition products and practices that unlock the full potential of every animal for a healthier, more productive life.

Processes work orders by selecting correct products from racks, palletizing them, shrink-wrapping, and staging the product order for delivery

Able to multi-task and keep up with warehousing demands in a fast-paced environment

Successful forklift certification required

Must be 18 years or older

• 1 year of work experience in any industry
• Basic computer and math skills
• 1+ year of warehousing work experience
• Forklift experience

Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment

Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present
