Stylist- Evening Shifts

As a stylist, you are a true gorjana ambassador! Wearing, layering, and styling looks for our customers to create an elevated customer experience in our retail stores.

Your Day to Day Includes

Customer Service: Approach guests proactively, demonstrate confidence, curate memorable experiences, and handle customer concerns.

Styling: Wear gorjana jewelry, develop expertise in collections, guide guests through styling decisions, present curated choices, and champion team success.

Operations: Leverage POS technology, maintain floor standards, support e‑commerce orders (BOPIS, SDD), assist with inventory and shipments, and may open or close the store.

Additional Duties: Conduct cycle counts, execute floorset directives, handle cash deposits, facilitate warranty returns, and collaborate with business partners.

Job Requirements

Love for the gorjana brand

Must be 18 years of age or older

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs, bend, squat, twist, reach, and stand or walk for at least 6 hours per shift

Legal authorization to work in the country where the store is located

Ability to open or close the store

Compensation

Hourly wage between $20-$23

Commission based on personal sales
