Taproom Bartender Needed

Bartender
We are seeking experienced contract bartenders to join our team at our bustling venue in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidates will have a keen knowledge of mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
Assess customers' needs and preferences to make recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails according to recipes
Check customers' identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age
Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as necessary
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills and Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktails
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
Certification in bartending or mixology preferred
