POSITION DESCRIPTION We are seeking a general liability and/or professional liability litigation associate with 3+ years of experience to join our San Diego office. As a general liability and professional liability attorney at LBBK, you will defend clients across a broad range of matters with direct partner mentorship, meaningful client contact, and real opportunities for practice development and professional growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES Defend clients in a broad range of general liability and professional liability matters, including premises liability, products liability, errors and omissions, and related claims
Investigate general liability and professional liability claims and defenses, analyze liability and damages, and develop case handling strategies
Conduct legal research and analysis in support of general liability and professional liability defense strategies
Draft letters, memos, motions, and pleadings across general liability and professional liability practice areas

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school
3+ years of experience handling general liability and/or professional liability litigation matters
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced general liability and professional liability litigation environment
