Senior Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead civil design project teams for a wide range of complex and high-impact projects. This role involves delivering innovative, high-quality engineering solutions across industries including data centers, power, industrial, healthcare, transportation, and government facilities. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a collaborative mindset to drive projects from concept through completion.

Lead civil engineering design efforts from conceptual planning through final design and construction support

Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring alignment with project scope, budget, and schedule

Develop project scopes, schedules, staffing plans, and budgets; Apply advanced knowledge of civil engineering principles, codes, and standards to complex projects

Prepare technical reports, studies, and detailed engineering specifications

Develop innovative, non-standard solutions to engineering challenges

Conduct quality reviews of engineering documents to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards

Support construction administration activities, including field inspections and resolving design-related issues

Lead site inspections, material testing, and construction evaluations for public and private sector projects

Manage project financials, including cost estimates, budgets, and performance reporting

Ensure adherence to QA/QC processes and company safety standards

Collaborate effectively with other engineering disciplines

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) from an ABET-accredited program and 7+ years of experience; Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Technology (ABET-accredited) with FE certification and 7+ years of experience; Master's degree in Civil Engineering with 6+ years of experience

EPC project experience preferred

Strong knowledge of civil engineering design principles, codes, and industry standards

Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, Civil 3D, Revit (BIM), and other analysis tools (e.g., Proven ability to lead large-scale projects and manage engineering teams

Ability to conduct thorough quality reviews of engineering documents

Willingness and ability to travel as needed
