Dishwasher - Part time & Full-time - Evening shift

You are the most important individual to create a successful kitchen. You clean and sanitize all china, glassware, and food storage receptacles. You restock plates and equipment in their respective "homes" to facilitate a fluid kitchen environment.
Organization and cleanliness of the space and dish machine over the entire shift. This includes chemical levels, de-scale, and general cleaning
Take out all compost bins, Soilutions , and beverage spill buckets at the end of every shift
Sweep and mop as needed during shift to maintain a safe, non-slip floor and during the close down of the stations
Clean all windows inside and out in the kitchen spaces
Report any problems with equipment to the direct supervisor
Make time to help in other areas of the kitchen, i.e., Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas
The ideal candidate must possess experience in a kitchen environment and a farm-to-fork background
Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

16-$19/Hr with Quarterly Bonuses
