ENG- Support the Electrical Mechanical Integration Center by building, modifying, testing, and delivering production capabilities while optimizing the production system. Additional functions include strategic studies, capability and capacity planning, budgeting and forecasting, capital asset management, new business proposal support, work transfer coordination, and collaboration with internal customers and program management.

#Bachelor's degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science and 5+ years of work-related experience

• 5+ years of experience working in an engineering discipline
• 5+ years of experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
• Willingness to work in a fabrication or shop floor environment and adhere to safety requirements
• Microsoft Office Applications experience
• Ability to interact with employees to gather data for process improvements, including observing and documenting processes and collecting data in manufacturing areas or aircraft during various production phases
