Warehouse Assembly and Packing Associate-$18/hr First Shift

Join a growing warehouse team where you will assemble products, create packaging, and prepare orders for shipment. This role combines hands-on assembly, material handling, and packing in a fast-paced environment, supporting efficient and accurate order fulfillment.

Assemble products according to established procedures and quality standards.

Create and prepare boxes and other packaging materials for outgoing orders.

Prepare orders for shipment from the warehouse, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Handle materials and products throughout the warehouse in a safe and organized manner.

Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area in the warehouse.

Follow all warehouse processes, safety guidelines, and work instructions.

Collaborate with a team of warehouse associates to meet productivity and quality goals.

2–3 years of warehouse experience.

• 2–3 years of assembly experience.
• Proficiency in packing and preparing products for shipment.
• Experience with material handling in a warehouse setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This is a full-time, first-shift position working Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. You will work in a warehouse environment alongside a team of about 10 colleagues. The setting is hands-on and physical, with regular lifting and movement of materials. The dress code includes closed-toe shoes, jeans, and long sleeves, aligned with safety and comfort requirements for warehouse work.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.
