LeConte offers a full range of health services, including top-tier specialists, a modern ER, and a beautiful Women's Center.Provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit; coordinates care planning with other disciplines.ResponsibilitiesCompletes nursing history and initiates patient education.Implements plan of care appropriate to diagnosis.Problem solves and coordinates unit/patient care assignments, with supervision.Introduces new employees/students to unit routines.Participates on unit-based committee/serves as council representative.Follows policies, procedures, and safety standards. Works toward achieving goals and objectives, and participates in quality improvement initiatives as requested.Minimum Experience: New graduate within 1st year of orientation.
