Residential Clinician - Dempsey Center - Sign-on bonus for Licensed Clinicians! The hours of clinical services provided depend upon the level of care (3.7, 3.5, 3.1). Exempt, Full-time

LADC, LPC, LMFT, LCSW licensure required, at least 3 years of previous experience with recovering persons preferred. Previous experience with an electronic health record preferred. Ability to communicate in Spanish preferred. Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk, using the phone, and working on a computer. Facilitate group therapy, including intensive outpatient programs, CBT, DBT, EMDR, and other evidence-based group therapeutic interventions.

Create a comprehensive and collaborative treatment plan, including referrals to all wraparound services to best serve the whole person. This includes but is not limited to primary care, psychiatry, recovery coaches, Recovering Together, case management, and other community programs connected with our partner agencies.

Maintain clinical chart via electronic medical records in accordance with agency and accreditation standards.

Participate in individual and group clinical supervision.
